JV Opportunity
(Building Portfolio)
This is a great opportunity for investors to work closely with us on a long-term basis. They would assist with decision-making on deals whilst having to do little or no work towards the end, but sharing in the long-term profitability of the project.
This is a JV relationship where we build a portfolio of properties together (BTL, HMO, Commercial developments, and new builds).
We source the property, and deal with the legal, refurb, revaluations, and tenant management. We jointly own the property with the investor. The investor shares in the value increase, rental payment, and any other profit from the property. All they have to do is provide the initial finance to secure and refurb the property.
